A new dinosaur-blasting adventure is in town!

Serving as a follow-up to Railbreak and as a retelling of the hit DINOBREAK, Tailbreak evolves the arcade on-rails shooter experience from mere resurrection to pleasingly primal for up to two players!

Weapons and mechanics have been intensified; starting with just a handgun, you’ll need to make tough choices about your sub-weapons and juggle pick-ups with the new item system.  Do you dedicate an item slot to a grenade or a healing item?  Do you stick with your trusty machine gun, or do you switch it up with a heavy rifle?  

With new and realistic lighting utilizing Unreal Engine 5.7, Cypress Ridge looks more sinister and desolate than ever before.  A new, fully-voiced, six-act Story mode tells the plight of heroines Alex and Rin as they struggle to survive the events of DINOBREAK without becoming dino food.  The Arrange mode brings custom handguns and upgradable sub-weapons to the fray for something a little zanier, while the Mutation Matrix randomizes the game’s encounters and items for an unpredictable experience every play-through!

More bonus modes and features await as you take on nature’s ancient beasts on the safari of a lifetime in Tailbreak! Even better, you can invite the undead to the party in all bonus modes with the choice of facing dinosaurs, zombies, or a mix of the two!

• NEW Item System:  Pick up healing items, ammo, and more, but be careful: you can only hold two at a time!  Will you prioritize the extra firepower of a grenade, or will you hold onto a precious, life-restoring sprout for a rainy day?

• Fierce Firepower:  Blast away with both returning and new weapons.  Carefully manage your sub-weapon ammo, or you may find yourself up dino creek without a paddle!  In Arrange mode, choose between handguns with different effects, and level up your sub-weapons to make them more powerful.

• Deliciously Cheesy:  Enjoy a new story where lead characters Alex and Rin check out the coolest new game in Cypress Ridge Arcade – Tailbreak! It’s all about their search for safety in a city ravaged by raptors.  All six acts feature full voice acting with hysterical banter and the crazy camp you’d expect in your favorite B-movie!

• Gameplay Galore:  Bonus modes like Score Attack, Arrange Mode, and Mutation Matrix add additional depth and extra replayability to the game.  Plus, all content can be experienced solo or in local co-op play with a friend! And don’t forget, outside of the Story Mode experience you can choose to face the ruthless dinosaurs, terrifying zombies, or a mixture of the two!
