Soulreign is a collector auto-battler RPG where every item placement matters. Every soul in your party carries a customizable item grid, and the items are the abilities. You arrange them, then watch your team auto-fight in cinematic battles. Adjacency, element matchups, and class synergies decide who wins.

Soulreign is a solo-developed online RPG set in a fading mythic age where players hunt and collect legendary souls. Players also drive the marketplace and your feedback decides the future of the game.

Inventory based auto-combat where item placement and synergy matter. Place a fire weapon beside a soul that feeds it, line up an element combo, lean into a class synergy, then let it resolve in a cinematic battle.

• 90+ legendary souls to hunt and collect

• Bind a lost legend, give it a name, and it is yours for good. The world remembers it by that name. Got duplicates? Sell them to other players or scrap them for dust.

• Gear every echo with loot that rolls its own stats and modifiers

• A deep Forge: reinforce gear, socket gems, chase legendary regalia

• 25+ campaign regions and city hubs across the Unmaking, an unraveling mythic age

• The Descent. A 15-floor sealed-draft roguelite run with its own relics and a between-floors shop

• Ranked PvP. An async Elo ladder against other players’ parties, for cosmetics and currency. No live opponent needed, ladder on your own schedule

• Expeditions. Send souls out to earn XP and loot while you are offline

• A player-run Marketplace. Buy and sell loot and crafts with other Summoners, delivered by in-game mail

• Six crafting professions feed your builds: Herbalism, Smithing, Alchemy, Farming, Cooking, and Scribing

• The Canvas. A shared, r/place-style pixel board. Pure social, no stakes

• Achievements, daily and weekly quests, and skill minigames

One purchase

Buy Soulreign once and play on Steam or in your browser with the same account. Progress syncs across both. No subscription, no loot boxes, no pay-to-win. A linked Steam account unlocks the full game.

Built in the open by one developer

Soulreign is made by one person who plays it daily and ships fixes fast. You are not a number to a studio, your bug report lands on my desk. Report what you find, argue the balance, and tell me what to build next. The roadmap bends toward the people who play.

Good to know before you buy

Fair monetization. Buy Soulreign once. The only in-game purchase is Soul Shards, a currency for cosmetics. Shards never buy power, levels, or extra souls, ever. They help fund servers and ongoing development.

Online only. Soulreign is an online game. Your roster, the marketplace, and the ladder live on shared servers, so a constant internet connection and a free account are required, solo play included. There is no offline mode yet. If the online service is ever discontinued, we will give at least 30 days’ notice and release a community-hostable build for owners, so the souls you named do not disappear with us.

What you are buying. Purchasing Soulreign grants you a license to play the game. It is not a transfer of ownership, and access may end if we discontinue the online service. The full license terms are in our End User License Agreement, shown at install, and in the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
