HIRE THEM. FIRE THEM. Repeat. Your manager has a formation, a mentality, and a very fragile ego. Keep him happy and he’ll develop your squad into legends. Ignore his transfer demands and he’ll resign faster than you can say "vote of confidence." When it all goes wrong (it will), show him the door and gamble on the next tactical mastermind.
