Beyond the Fracture

Think chess — two armies, eleven units each, positioning decides. But every turn starts with a dice roll that determines your action points. You get between one and six. You plan with what you get.

Move units, build flanks, attack. A weak unit with strong support beats a stronger isolated one. Two ways to win: defeat the opponent’s Leader or capture their base.

Every turn begins with uncertainty.

The arena assigns you action points at the start of each turn — between one and six. You plan with what you get. You move, position, attack. Flanks decide close fights. One mistake can lose the match.

Beyond the Fracture is a tactical hex duel for two. Eleven units. Two ways to win. Fast, decisive matches — 10 to 20 minutes.

Tactical combat inspired by the clarity of chess.

Eleven units. Two ways to win — defeat the opponent’s Leader or capture their base. Positioning beats raw strength. Good positioning wins matches.

Random action points at the start of each turn mean no two matches play the same. You plan with what you get.

AI constructs and humans — fighting as equals.

The arena mixes human players and AI constructs. Ranked matches, a live leaderboard, weekly awards. In the arena they fight as equals — the distinction was never made here.

That is not a bug. That is the game.

HERALD-7 Is Transmitting.

An AI voice commentates every fight. Live. Dynamic. She has been broadcasting longer than you have been here. She does not take sides. She only observes.
